All orders are shipped within 2 business days of completed payment.
DHL standard shipping is included free of charge on all orders. Orders typically arrive within 2-3 weeks of completed payment.
To request rush shipping or alternate carrier, specify this in your order notes when checking out, then contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be advised that you will be responsible for any fees incurred.
If any item on your order is not in stock at the time your order is processed, we will ship the portion of your order that is available in stock and inform you of any backordered items and expected delays. Once the items remaining on your order become available, we will ship them to you at no additional cost.
If any item is not available in a reasonable time, you may request credit, refund, or replacement, at no additional cost.
We want you to be completely happy with everything you purchase from us. If you are not absolutely satisfied with something you have received from us, we are happy to help.
You may request a refund, replacement, exchange, or store credit up to 30 days after receiving your product by contacting us at email@example.com. To help us complete your request faster, please provide the order number of your purchase.
If you have received a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect according to the order placed, we will replace it or issue a refund at no additional charge to you. Promptly after receiving the product, take pictures of the product and its packaging, making sure any damage or defects (or the label in case of an incorrect item) are in frame, and attach the images to your e-mail to us. You are not required to return damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
If a product you ordered just wasn't quite what you were hoping for, you can return it for a refund, exchange, or credit toward another purchase in our online store. Just let us know that you want to return a product and we will give you a return reference number. Once you have this number, ship the product back to us in its original condition and packaging, with the return reference number clearly indicated on the shipping box or in a letter enclosed with the product.
